Corin Howell is an American comic book artist currently illustrating for Oni Press, IDW Publishing and DC Comics. As a guest artist, she illustrated the interval IDW Jem story Rio Pacheco: Boy Reporter.

About

She graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2013 and was later accepted into Sean Murphy's apprenticeship program. In addition to her work on Jem, she has worked on Viz Media's Ben 10: Omniverse Halloween Special!, IDW Publishing's Transformers: Windblade, and Bat-Mite for D.C. Comics.

Work on Jem and The Holograms

Howell was the lead illustrator for the Jem issue Rio Pacheco: Boy Reporter, published on December 30th, 2015. It was a special issue written from Rio's point of view, as on outsider to the aftermath of Pizzazz's car accident, and the conflict between his morals versus his profession as a reporter. The story served as an interval story between the Viral and Dark Jem main story arcs.
